Efektifitas Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) terhadap Insomnia pada Pasien Kanker : (Systematic Review)

Latar Belakang dan Tujuan: Insomnia merupakan gejala kelainan dalam tidur berupa kesulitan berulang untuk tidur. Pasien dengan kanker sangat rentan terhadap terjadinya insomnia, tingkat prevalensi hampir dua kali lipat dari pada populasi umum (Non- kanker) yakni (50-60% vs 12-25%) Terapi non farmakologi yang dapat diberikan pasien insomnia adalah Cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT-I) terapi bertujuan mengatur pola baru mengajarkan cara menyamankan suasana 
 Metodologi: Systematic review ini dilakukan penelusuran artikel klien diagnosa medis keluhan gangguan Insomnia, menggunakan intervensi Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for pembanding terapi/tindakan selain CBT-I . Outcome penurunan Insomnia. Mengumpulkan hasil publikasi ilmiah tahun 2011-2021 EBSCOhost, ProQuest, Sciencedirect. Penelusuran metoda boleon, full teks, pdf, medeline kata kunci Cognitive Therapy and Insomnia Cancer RCT Systematic Review. Artikel dianalisis Critical Appraisal Skill Programme Randomised Control Trial Review serta ditentukan level of evidence masing-masing. Selanjutnya data diekstraksi kemudian dikelompokkan dibahas disimpulkan mengetahui kualitas jurnal.
 Hasil : terbukti meningkatkan insomnia. efisiensi tidur, peningkatan pengetahuan kesehatan insomnia.
 Kesimpulan sebagai komplementer mengurangi penderita tidak mempunyai efek samping.
